Holiday Odisha Hotel provides a detailed cancellation policy to ensure clarity for guests booking stays, tours, or packages through holidayodisha.com. All cancellations require written notice via email (hr@bluelilybeachresort.com) or the online portal, with processing within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Charges

  • More than 30 days prior to arrival: Full refund (100%), minus Rs. 500 processing fee.

  • 16-30 days prior: 90% refund (10% retention).

  • 08-15 days prior: 75% refund (25% retention).

  • 04-07 days prior: 50% refund (50% retention).

  • Less than 04 days prior: No refund (100% retention).

  • No-show or early departure: No refund.

Peak Season & Special Conditions

During peak periods (festivals like Rath Yatra, Durga Puja, Diwali, Christmas/New Year, or long weekends), stricter rules apply with 45-day notice for full refunds. Group bookings (5+ rooms) require 45 days’ notice. Non-refundable rates offer discounted prices but no refunds under any circumstances.

Amendments & Modifications

Changes to dates or room type are allowed up to 15 days prior, subject to availability and a Rs. 1000 fee per change. After 15 days, amendments are treated as cancellations.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking). Bank processing may add 5-10 days. International guests are eligible for equivalent INR conversion.

Force Majeure

Refunds or credits are considered on a case-by-case basis for events beyond control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics) with valid proof.

Child Policy Integration

Child bookings follow adult policy; no extra leniency.
